Returns & Exchanges Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

We accept exchanges within 5 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange
• Exchanges are permitted only for sizing issues

Approved exchanges will be eligible for:

• Exchange for the same product in a different size (subject to availability), or
• Store credit, redeemable on future purchases

Exchange Process:

• Email us at orders@needleten.com with your order number and reason for exchange
• Once approved, we will share further instructions

We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
